Ferro Plumbing & Heating

These guys are great! My 82 year old mother lost heat, I was out of state and gave Ferro heating a call. They were there in 15 minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Stay away - unreliable . Plumbers came to work on a toilet that had a small leak. After they charged me to replace a part and finished working I paid them. Unfortunately. When I woke up the next morning, the re was a puddle of water under the toilet. When the leak persisted the next day. I contacted them so they can come back. I had to shut the valves to that bathroom. I scheduled them to come twice, so I took the day off both times and they never showed up. Gerry didn’t even text or call back to let me know that he or his workers could not come. I tried contacting them several times so they can come back and fix the issue. But they never picked up their phone. When I called them on a different line they picked up and told me that they would come the next morning. The next day no one came. It’s been over a month and they haven’t returned calls or text messages I would stay away from them Bad customer service. Unreliable! Fortunately, I was able to contact another plumber who fixed the issue and was surprised they charged so much and not completely fix the problem.

Terrible service!! We used them for maintenance in our boiler for years only to find out they had done the absolute bare minimum to service our unit. Needless to say our boiler is now shot and we need a total replacement. To add insult to injury they gave us a totally outrageous quote over the phone sight unseen. Stay away from this company!!

Stay away horrible company and management is very irresponsible. They came to fix a small problem and created thousands of dollars worth of damage that they refuse to fix. So many better options out there do not use! Company also attempted to charge 5,000 extra for items not in the contact. Stay away!!!

STAY AWAY!! Very dishonest company and very rude representation by its employees. The owner himself is dishonest and changes the price when he starts the work. One minute the price is agreed upon at one price then when they start they will say you either pay more or they will leave the job. Your better off with any other company.

Absolute worst service. Claims they have parts when they don't, make appointments and never show, never contact the customer. The customer always has to call numerous times. Don't ever use them!
